They grip a wet road like no other and are standard on BMW 5-series cars. Their load rating is a 98H which exceeds the axle requirements for the Ody, so you are legal. I got 5 tires/rims because we Touring folks have no spare and I wanted a full size. This is also a good example why we should avoid driving on the run-flat tire with the warning light is on. In my case, there was no problem with the tire and it could be used after the rim problem was corrected. Had I not pumped up the tire before driving to the tire store, I might have caused some internal damage to the tire that would lead to premature failure later on. Any car with run-flats should really have a tire pump in the trunk at all times. Check tire pressure on RFT more diligently than with non-RFT tires, bcs our eyes cannot detect low pressure well. Do not let the TPMS fool us into having a false sense of security and check the tires less frequently. This is probably an important factor behind a lot of unhappiness about RFT, Bridgestone or not. Ideally, car makers will want to switch to using "direct" TPMS in the future such that the pressure on all 4 tires are checked electronically and displayed on the dash board by pushing a button. Until then, this new technology really requires more careful attention from owners, not less. Does the title have a clean history? Some title is rebuilt. This means thecar had been damaged before. And something of the car is rebuilt. If you buy acar from the owner, ask him how long he/she drove the car and why he/she want tosell it. If you buy from dealer, ask if there will be some charges such asdealership. They will charge you additional money. The o-ring looks to prevent oil from coming out of the distributor hole and leaking down the side of the engine. It doesn't look to be able to prevent oil from traveling along the distributor shaft, past the bearing, and into the dist body...I guess time will tell. I used a can of compressed air that you would use to clean your computer to remove gum from my seat,you just hold the can upside down and frosty air will come from it to freeze the gum till it was removed. How to find out the value of the car? There are several sites about the valueof the car. Keep in mind that the Kelly blue book value should be higher thanthe price you should pay. If the car is being bid on only by used car dealers, the chances are good that you will be able to snap up the vehicle at a price at (or very close to) the wholesale price. Car dealers of course want to be able to on sell there purchases at a fair price so they too will only bid up to what they consider a realistic price. The dealers are easy to spot because of the volume of cars they buy. I have unwittingly purchased the ultimate of mutual aggrondizement between Honda and Michelin. Sorry bunch of engineers they! However with a nail in my Odyssey's left rear tire, losing pressure and becoming more disenchanted with the whole mess, I decided to have a plug put in where the nail was and after $15.00 plus tax, I was on my way.
