Try used fabric softer dryer sheets to remove love bugs from front of car,just wet them and rub away the bugs. I drove another mile to the restaurant; found that the pressure in one tire was ALL gone! I pumped up the tire, didn’t see or hear any obvious leak, so I drove home. The pressure has now held up for almost 24 hours, not sure what caused the leak. The warning light on the dash didn’t go away after the flat tire was reinflated. I read the manual and learned that it had to be re-initialized after each alert. I'll continue to monitor in the coming days, certainly won't take the car on a long trip. When your windshield starts blurring when you turn the wipers on, dampen a cloth or rag with some full-strength white vinegar and run it down the full length of each blade once or twice. Before you go to an auction get a copy of the Nada blue book i don't suggest kbb or any consumer blue book, You should be able to borrow a copy from your bank they get them every month so they may loan you one, Try to get the wholesale book which is black this is what a lot of dealers use in dealer auctions. just remember right now is a buyers market take your time and be prepared to walk from the auction with nothing. The common suggestion when purchasing 2 tires is to put the new tires on the back. I would guess you can never rotate the tires until the front ones would wear, you would buy two more and put them on the back also. Battery Cleaner(Removes built-up acid)Baking soda and Water Sprinkle baking soda onto battery terminals. Spritz with water to dampen. Let set for about one hour. Sponge off with water. Air dry. |
